C T Online Desk: Foreign Adviser Md Touhid Hossain has said that a section of Indian mass media is spreading propaganda over minority issue in Bangladesh while some others are following their footsteps.
The foreign adviser came up with the allegation while addressing a press conference held at the State Guest House Padma in Dhaka on Monday.
Earlier in the day, Touhid Hossain held a meeting with foreign diplomats stationed in Dhaka, where he briefed them on the government’s concerns regarding the evolving situation of religious minorities in Bangladesh.
Representatives from various countries, including India, Pakistan and other major nations, attended the meeting where the government clarified its stance against allegations made by a section of Indian media regarding the oppression of religious minorities in Bangladesh.
