C T Online Desk: Hosted by Mukhtijuddher Projanma, a rally was held under the chairmanship of organization president Noore Alam Siddiqui to protest the terrorist attack on Shamshuddin Chowdhury Manik, a former judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, a freethinker of the nation, at the initiative of Greater Chittagong. On Friday (November 4) afternoon, the Chittagong district president of the Sector Commanders Forum, Chittagong district president Nurul Alam Montu, was the chief guest at the rally held at Dostbuilding square adjacent to the city’s New Market.
The special guest was the heroic freedom fighter Dr. Sarfraz Khan Chowdhury, Fazal Ahmed, Gauri Shankar Chowdhury, Forkan Uddin Ahmed. Abdul Malek Khan, Advocate Saifun Nahar Khushi, Engineer Palash Barua, Kamal Uddin, Farzana Mila, Deepan Dash, Nabi Hossain Salauddin, Imran Hossain Munna, Yasir Arafat, Mostafizur Rahman Biblab, Sohail Iqbal, MA Khalek, Ashraful Islam, Abdur Rahim, SM Rafi, Md. Salim and Pradeep Das etc spoke among the leaders of the organization.
