A peaceful procession of Awami league led by Deputy Minister of Education Barrister Mohibul Hasan chowdhryNowfel  while visit the residence  of  the  ailing ward  councilor in Bakalia in the port city yesterday.

C T Online Desk: Deputy Minister of Education Barrister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Nowfel said that if peaceful programs are carried out, cooperation and terrorism and anarchy will be resisted. He made this comment after visiting the residence of No. 19 South Baklia Ward Councilor Nurul Alam Mia, who was attacked on August 29 during a BNP rally in Bakalia of the city on Saturday (September 10) afternoon.

Barrister Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury  said, you are allowed to march, you will march well, but why attack the residence of a public representative from there? This proves that BNP is a terrorist group. They always find opportunities to create terror and anarchy. We are monitoring the situation and have instructed the leaders and workers to remain calm. But if the attack is attempted again, they will be given a befitting reply along with resistance.

Barrister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury  former organizing secretary of Awami League, said that BNP is now a disunited party by spreading terror, burning people alive and destroying the state’s resources. When they go to perform the program, the common people may turn on them out of fear and anger and resentment. In that case, if they carry out a peaceful political program, we will support them. But if BNP tries to commit terrorist activities again in the name of political agenda, we will resist them with strong hands. Because of the generous spirit and kindness of Bangabandhu’s daughter Sheikh Hasina, convicted BNP leader Khaleda Zia is living a comfortable life at home instead of jail.

Among others , Buxirhat Ward number 35 Awami League general secretary Faiz Ullah Bahadur, reserved ward councilor Shaheen Akhter Rozi, former youth leader Bakhtiar Farooq, former student leader N Mohammad Roni and others were present.
