He said this while speaking as the chief guest at the Local Governance Support Project-3 (LGSP-3) progress and achievement notification workshop held at the Chittagong District Commissioner’s conference room on Tuesday .
Chittagong District Administration Additional Deputy Commissioner (Local Government) Badiul Alam presided over the workshop and local public representatives, local civil society, development workers, women representatives and journalists participated in the workshop.
