C T Online Desk: National Mourning Day and Martyrdom anniversary of the father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family members observed with due respect and solemnity on Monday with a series of human programs as organised by Raozan pourasava at its premises . Poura Mayor Jamiruddin Parvez presided and duly inaugurated by the local legislator ABM Fazle Karim chowdhury MP as chief guest.Father of the nation Bangabandhu and his most of the family members were brutally killed by some unruly army personals on early black night on August 15 , 1975. The formulated programs on the occasion include installation of Manabathar Kuktir( home of humanity) , deploying of modern dustbins in poura areas, inaugurated blood donation program for 2000 peoples and medical checxkup for 1500 persons .In the same venue, 500 persons were underwent diabetic test and 1500 ascertained with blood group. Chairman of the upazila parishad Ehsanul Hoque chowdhury, panel mayor Bashirddin Khan, Adv Samir Dasgupta, UNO Abdus Samad Sikder, councilor jane Alam Jony, councilor Jasimuddin were present in it as special guest. Local leaders of AL, Chatra league, Jubo league were also present .
