C T Online Desk: Two children were drowned in the canal water while playing under the bridge at Kalplok Residential area of Baklia police station in the city.The incident took place at around 7am on Tuesday (July 12).The deceased children are the Lisar Colony of the Kalplok resident of the city. Inspector (, investigation) of Panchlaish Police Station Sadekur Rahman said the children had accidentally fall into the canal water while playing . From there, the One Stop Emergency Care of Chittagong Medical College Hospital was recovered at around 1:30 pm. The doctors on duty declared them dead.
