C T Online Desk: Railways Minister Nurul Islam Sujan has said that the suspension order issued against the travel ticket examiner (TTE) Shafiqul Islam will be revoked.
He made the announcement at a press briefing at Rail Bhaban on Sunday.
Mentioning that the authorities took the decision as the suspension order was given without following proper procedure, the minister said that a show cause notice will be issued against the Divisional Commercial Officer of Pakshey for giving such order.
Earlier on Friday, the authorities suspended Shafiqul following his alleged misbehaviour with three passengers, who were traveling ticketless and introduced themselves as relatives of the railways minister.
