C T Online Desk: The 57th Annual General Meeting of Eastern Lubricants Blenders PLC. was held virtually through Digital Platform on 31st January 2026 at 03:00 pm.
The honorable Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eastern Lubricants Blenders PLC. Mr. A. H. M. Nurul Islam (Retired Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh) presided over the Meeting. Directors of the Board Mr. Md. Amin Ul Ahsan, Mrs. Shaheen Mahbuba, Mrs. Shahina Sultana, Major Shahab Hasnain Choudhury (Ret.) Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, Shareholder Director Mr. Md. Shahadat Hossen FCMA, Managing Director Engr. Mohammad Shahidul Alam, Company Secretary Mr. Abu Mohammad Saifuddin, CFO Mr. Md. Rezaul Karim Siddique as well as BPC and Company’s high officials were present at the Meeting.
After recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, the Chairman welcomed the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting. The Shareholders made various comments on audited Financial Statements for the year ended on 30 June 2025 and Directors’ Report, and expressed their deep satisfaction with the overall performance of the Company. The Chairman Mr. A. H. M. Nurul Islam and Managing Director Engr. Mohammad Shahidul Alam replied to the queries and explained on various comments made by distinguished Shareholders. After approval of audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025, the Shareholders approved the 80% cash dividend and 50% stock dividend in total 130% dividend per share for the year 2024-25.
