The C&F agent of the consignment is Azizul Haque & Co. of Chittagong. LC has been opened in Al Arafa Islami Bank. In this consignment, it was announced to export 12 thousand pieces in 215 thousand 82 kg.
But physical examination found 1,097 kg. If the market value of the consignment is calculated, 3 crore 81 lakh 84 thousand 859 taka was illegally brought into the country and an attempt was made to grab about 80 lakh taka of government incentive. The customs official said that necessary legal action is being taken in this case.
