It will be possible to establish justice and reduce the complexity of cases through good relations between the bar and the bench. This will make the people more confident in the judiciary and will look at the judiciary with respect.
This was stated by newly joined District and Sessions Judge Aziz Ahmed Bhuiyan while exchanging views with Chittagong District Public Prosecutor, Public Prosecutor (GP), President and General Secretary of District Bar Association and after he joined Chittagong Court on Tuesday.
Chief Judicial Magistrate Kamrun Nahar Rumi, Chittagong District Public Prosecutor AKM Sirajul Islam Chowdhury, GP Nazmul Ahsan Khan, Chittagong Bar Association President Abul Hashem, General Secretary AHM Zia Uddin and Additional Public Prosecutors Bhopal Chandra Chowdhury, Lokman Hossain Chowdhury, District PP Associates Selim Chowdhury, Shahidul Islam, Minhazul Karim and others were present on the occasion.
