C T Online Desk: Sarwar Jahan Jewel Mymensingh : The National Livestock Week and Exhibition was inaugurated in Trishal, Mymensingh with various programs. The program included a rally, livestock exhibition and discussion meeting.
On this occasion, a rally was held from the Upazila Parishad premises at 10:30 am on Wednesday (November 26). The rally circled the important roads of the municipality and ended at the Upazila Livestock Office. After the rally, Upazila Executive Officer Abdullah Al Bakiul Bari inaugurated the exhibition by releasing balloons and pigeons in the open sky. Later, a discussion meeting was held in the field adjacent to the Livestock Office.
Upazila Livestock Officer Dr. Nazneen Sultana presided over the event, with Upazila Executive Officer Abdullah Al Bakiul Bari as the chief guest.
Assistant Commissioner (Land) Mahbubur Rahman, Additional Agricultural Extension Officer Hammim Jahan and many others were present as special guests. Veterinary Surgeon Dr. Emdadul Haque delivered the welcome speech. 24 stalls participated in the exhibition.
