C T Online Desk: Sept 20, 2025- A new panel called “Sarbojonin Shikkharti Sangsad” has been formed for the Chattogram University Central Student Parliament (CUCSU) elections.
The panel consists of Bangladesh Chhatra Odhikar Parishad and Islami Chhatra Majlis. Convener of Chhatra Odhikar Parishad Tamjid Uddin made the announcement on the campus premises this afternoon.
Tamjid Uddin, a postgraduate student from the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department, will be running for the Vice President (VP) post in the CUCSU polls while Shakib Mahmud Rumi, president of Islami Chhatra Majlis and also a fourth-year student of the Arabic Department, is running for the position of General Secretary (GS).
Md. Roman Rahman, a member secretary of Chhatra Odhikar Parishad and a fourth-year student of the Bangladesh Studies Department, will be contesting for the position of Assistant General Secretary (AGS).
