C T Online Desk: Tremor jolted various parts of the country, including Dhaka and Chittagong on Friday.
According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the earthquake originated in 16km NNW of Sagaing, Myanmar.
The earthquake, lasting several minutes, was felt around 12:20pm on Friday.
No reports of casualties have been received yet.
