C T Online Desk: A group of students at Chittagong University (CU) staged a protest march late last night, demanding the arrest of Lucky Akter, an organiser of the Ganajagaran Mancha.
During the demonstration, the protesters accused Lucky of attempting to “revive Ganajagaran Mancha-2” and “conspiring” to destabilise the country.
The protest took place at 1:30am in the Zero Point area of the university, where students chanted slogans such as “One, Two, Three, Four — No More Shahbagh” and “Raise Your Voice Again — Dig Graves for Shahbaghis.”
Khan Talat Mahmud Rafi, co-coordinator of Students Against Discrimination, said, “Every time people likes Lucky return, every time Shahbaghis return and July 24 will also return.”
