C T Online Desk: A shortage of single-journey tickets has been reported at the Mirpur-11 Metro rail station, leaving passengers facing difficulties.
Staff at the station confirmed that the issue began around 10:30am on Sunday.
Upon visiting the station, it was found that passengers without single-journey tickets were being turned away at the entrance gate. Only those with MRT or Rapid passes were allowed entry.
