C T Online Desk: Khagrachari Representative: A four-day Ras festival is underway at Khagrachari Sri Sri Lakshmi Narayan Temple. Wadud Bhuiyan, the former successful chairman of Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Board and president of Khagrachari district BNP, visited Ras Utsav on the invitation of the organizing committee.
