C T Online Desk: Raozan Pourasava Mayor Md.Zamiruddin Parvez announced annual budget for fiscal 2024-25 amounting to Tk.183,93,51,981 with revenue income of Tk.11,45,83,663 .00 and revenue expenditures of Tk.9,76,45,000.oo with surplus budget of Tk.2,71,31,981.00 . The budget session held at Poura conference hall yesterday . Out of total budget expenditures, Tk.171,17,68,576.oo was proposed subject to grants of the govt including IUGIP, LGED, climate change, sanitation and city development projects of the govt. Member parliament of the Raozan constituency and Chairman of the Parliamentary committee on Ministry of Railway ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury addressed the budget session as chief guest duly presided by Mayor Zamiruddin Parvez. Upazila Chairman of Raozan Ehsanul Haider Chowdhury, UNO Mr. Angjoy Marma , AC Land Ridwanul Hoque and Officer incharge of Raozan Thana Jahid Hossain graced the occasion as special guests. Among others, Nirbahi office of Pourasava Anil Chandra Tripura, Accounts officer Sakur Miah, Asstt. Engineer Wasim Akram, Head Asstt Sumon Kumar Barua, councilors, women councilors, journalists and professionals were present in it.
