C T Online Desk: Two people, including a United People’s Democratic Front (UPDF) activist, were shot dead by miscreants in Rangamati.
The incident took place at Dhanputi Bazar in Kattali upazila on Saturday morning.
The deceased were identified as UPDF activist Bidyadhan Tilak, 49, and local resident Dhanyamoni Chakma, 32.
Langadu police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Harunur Rashid said suspect that the two men were killed by the Jyotirindro Bodhipriyo Santu Larma’s Parbatya Chittagong Jana Samhati Samiti (PCJSS) faction.
They are currently going to the spot.
