C T Online Desk: The names of actors Tahsan Khan, Rafiath Rashid Mithila and Sabnam Faria have been dropped from the charge sheet in Evaly fraud case.
However, police submitted charge sheet against Evaly CEO Mohammad Rassel alias Babul, Chairman Shamima Nasrin and two others — vice-president of Evaly Abdullah Al Mamun and category head Mohammad Abu Taher alias Saddam — in the same case.
Sub Inspector Rajib Hasan of Dhanmondi Police Station, also Investigation Officer (IO) of the case, pressed the charges on Thursday.
Police also dropped two other persons– chief marketing officer SM Arif Reza Hussain and executive operation officer of Evaly Abu Tayes–from the charge sheet in the case.
One Saad Sam Rahman lodged the case accusing Mithila, Faria and Tahsan Khan and some others with Dhanmondi Police Station in the capital on December 4 last year accusing them of embezzling Tk 318,00.
Tahsan Khan was the Chief Goodwill Officer of Evaly while Sabnam Faria was Head of Public Relations and Rafiath Rashid Mithila Brand Ambassador of the platform.
