Member of Parliament of Raozan Constituency ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury said that the assassins wanted to destroy Bangabandhu’s dream of establishing Sonar Bangla by killing Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family on August 15, 1975. Sheikh Hasina, the daughter of Bangabandhu, shattered their dreams and put this country on the seat of honor in the world court. Earlier in the morning, the MP along with the party leaders paid tribute to Bangabandhu’s portrait with flowers. After that, the pourasava premises, upazila administration, upazila and poura Awami League participated in separate programs and addressed the chief guest.
