BNP’s attack on Ctg AL election office protested

C T Online Desk: Leaders of Awami League (AL), Juba League, Swechhasebak League and Chhatra League yesterday held a joint meeting in front of  BNP’s metropolitan office protesting attack on the election office of Awami League candidate Mohiuddin Bachchu in Chattogram-10 by-election.

Young AL leader Helal Akbar Chowdhury, also former finance secretary of Juba League, addressed the meeting as the chief guest in front of Nasimon Bhaban located at the intersection of the port city’s Kazir Dewri. While addressing, he said, “We are workers of Janonetri Sheikh Hasina. We are workers of Awami League. Under AL leadership, the country achieved independence. AL has established democracy in the country.”

BNP leaders and activists, in name of their so-called democracy and one-point demand, have created a reign of terror across the country.  They have vandalized the election office of AL candidate Mohiuddin Bachchu in Chattogram-10 by-election. It is the example of BNP’s democracy and election. Giving a stern warning, he announced that if the attackers are not arrested within 24 hours, AL and its affiliated organizations will face them on roads.
