C T Online Desk: US Under Secretary for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights and Special Coordinator for Tibetan Issues Uzra Zeya held a meeting with Indian Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra on Monday.
After the meeting, Vinay Mohan Kwatra said establishing a rules-based, free and open Indo-Pacific were discussed.
Rani Rao, additional secretary entrusted with US affairs, among others, was also present.
Uzra Zeya, who is on three day visit to India, will be due in Dhaka on Tuesday.
She termed her meeting with Indian FS successful adding that continuity of joint efforts of US-India is vital to face the global challenges and establish regional security.
