C T Online Desk: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Sunday (Feb 20) expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of eminent poet and former lawmaker Quazi Rosy.
In a message of condolence, she said, “Her brave role in poem and in the trial of the war criminal will be remembered.”
The prime minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Meanwhile, Quazi Rosy died at a hospital in the capital early Sunday at the age of 73. She had been ill for several days and was receiving treatment from her home.
