C T Online Desk: Mahabubul Haq Suman and Md Didarul Alam have been made the president and general secretary of Bangladesh Jubo League Chattogram city unit.
The partial committee of 40 out of 131 office bearers was announced through a notice signed by Jubo League central president and secretary for the next three years on Tuesday.
Md Nurul Anwar, Belayet Hossain Belal, Advocate Arshad Asaf, Anjuman Ara, Helal Uddin Ahmed, Debashish Paul Debu, Suranjit Barua Labu, Ashab Rasul Chowdhury Jahed, Md Wasim Uddin Chowdhury, Shahjada Md Sakhawat Hossian Saku and Md Nurul Alam Miah were made vice-presidents of the newly declared committee.
Besides, Didarul Alam Didar, Md Salahuddin, Istiak Ahmed Chowdhury and Saifuddin Ahmed were made joint secretaries while Sanat Barua, Didar Ur Rahman, Gias Uddin Talukder, engineer Abu Md Mohiuddin, AJM Mohiuddin Roni, Suman Chowdhury and Monowarul Alam organising secretaries.
The other elected office bearers are- assistant secretaries Md Ferdous Ahmed and Md Ibrahim Khalil Nipu, Press and Publication secretary Syed Omar Faruk, finance secretary Manna Biswas, law affairs secretary advocate Akhtaruzzaman Romel, social welfare secretary Hafez KM Shahidul Kawsar, science and technology affairs secretary Helal Uddin Ahmed, information and communication secretary Prof Rezaul Karim, manpower and employment affairs secretary Naim Uddin Khan, sports secretary Rajib Hasan Rajon, liberation war affairs secretary Md Alamgir Tipu, health and population affairs deputy secretary Dr Md Shariful Islam Adnan, sports deputy secretary Md Shahjahan Ahmed Sami, and Ali Ikramul Haq, Md Wasim and Khandoker Moktar Ahmed Arif members of the committee.
