C T Online Desk: A light rain soaked parts of Dhaka city this morning, offering city dwellers some relief amid the intense ongoing heatwave.
Drizzle was reported in Ramna, Mugda, Dhanmondi, Moghbazar, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Wari, and some other areas around 9:15 am.
Sharmin Akter, a resident of the Ramna area, said “We are finally relieved as the rain started after unbearable heat.”
