C T Online Desk: Land Services Week is being celebrated in Rouzan upazila like the whole country to create enthusiasm among the people to get land services at home.The inauguration of Land Services Week-2023 was inaugurated at the Rouzan Upazila Land Office premises on Monday (May 22).The service will run till May 25. Raozan Upazila Executive Officer Abdus Samad Shikder was present as the chief guest on the occasion.
Assistant Commissioner (Land) Mr. Md. Riduanul Islam presided over the inauguration of the week. Upazila Fisheries Officer, Land Assistant Officer of different Union Land Office, , civil society representatives, officials of various offices in the upazilawere present in it.
Assistant Commissioner (Land) said that the Ministry of Land has come a long way to implement the vision of the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s smart Bangladesh. All the services of the upazila and union land offices under the control of the Ministry of Land are getting digitally.
He also said that the Upazila Land Office is working to make this digital service provide smarter. Receive online application, collect 100 % fee online, provide online accounts, 100 percent online land development tax etc. .
