C T Online Desk: April 20, 2023 – Information and Broadcasting Minister and Awami League Joint General Secretary Dr Hasan Mahmud today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Chattogram city unit former president of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) Jafar Ahmed.
In a message of condolence, the minister said Jafar, who was also former Vice President (VP) of Chattogram College Chhatra Sangsad, discharged his responsibility at different organizations including a president of Pologround Bahumukhi High School managing committee with utmost sincerity.
Hasan prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Jafar died of a heart attack at Chattogram Medical College Hospital this morning at the age of 65.
