C T Online Desk: Speakers at a discussion said women are ahead of men in terms of efficiency, creativity and leadership.
They made the remark at celebration of International Women’s Day 2023 organised by the National University (NU) at its Dhanmondi city office on Wednesday.
Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni attended the programme as the chief guest while NU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Md Mashiur Rahman presided over it.
In her address, Dr Dipu Moni underscored need for digital literacy for females and victory over all barriers by dint of their quality and bravery.
The struggle of girls beginning from childhood continues for rest of the life, she said, adding that they (women) will have to embrace success breaking the social obstacles, taboos and biasness.
