C T Online Desk: Jatiya Press Club (JPC) of Bangladesh has given reception to a group of Indian journalists visiting Dhaka.
The delegation comprises 36 journalists from different leading print and electronic media of neighbouring India.
According to a press statement, the reception ceremony was held at Zahur Hossain Chowdhury Hall of Jatiya Press Club in the capital Dhaka.
Farida Yasmin, President of Jatiya Press Club, and Shyamal Dutta, General Secretary, delivered speeches welcoming the guest journalists.
Kolkata Press Club President Snehasis Sur and Gauhati Press Club member Joy Goswami also spoke on the occasion.
Members of JPC managing committee and senior journalists of Bangladesh were also present.
