C T Online Desk: The train journey has to be cancelled one by one due to the crew (locomaster-guard) crisis. The first 16 passenger trains were canceled but this time the freight train was canceled by the railway authorities.

Since last Wednesday, 6 shuttle trains to Chittagong University, 10 to Dhaka and one pair of trains from Chittagong to Nazirhat have been canceled. This time the journey of freight and container trains had to be canceled along with the passenger train.
Railway authorities canceled the departure of 9 freight trains from Ishwardi Locoshed and 4 container trains from Chittagong on Friday (January 28) night due to locomotive and guard crisis. In the last 3 days, a total of 30 trains have been canceled. This is disrupting the train schedule.

I have been forced to cancel the journey of 11 trains in Chittagong due to LM and guard crisis. For the same reason, 19 trains from Dhaka and Ishwardi have been canceled.
