On Tuesday (October 18) around 9:30 am, the wreath was placed in front of the Chittagong District Administration Office at Sheikh Russell Square.Divisional Commissioner Ashraf Uddin, Chittagong Range DIG Anwar Hossain, Police Commissioner Krishna Pad Roy, Chittagong Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Mominur Rahman, Superintendent of Police SM Shafiullah, Additional Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Nazmul Ahsan, District and Metropolitan Freedom Fighters Sangsad commanders were present.
