C T Online Desk: A case has been filed against 22 people, including the mayor of Baraiyarhat municipality, who was shot over a dispute regarding sand extraction in Mirsharai upazila of Chittagong.
The case was filed in the court of Feni Senior Judge Kamrul Hasan by Nurul Alam, by the manager of Pratyaya Enterprises owned by Fazilpur Union Parishad Chairman Mojibul Haque Ripon.
The lawyer of the plaintiff, Bulbul Ahmed Sohag, said that the court has ordered the officer-in-charge of Sonagazi Model police station to take further steps regarding the case.
