C T Online Desk: Oct 16, 2022- A team of Sadarght River Police in a drive today seized 2,500 meters of current net from different areas in Halda River under Raozan Upazila here.
The police team led by Enamul Hoque, In-charge of Halda River Police outpost, conducted the drive at different areas in Halda River at Khadurkil Point of the river under Boalkhali Upazila and seized the fishing net.
Enamul Hoque said, regular drives will continue to protect the only natural fish breeding ground, its dolphin and biodiversity of Bangabandhu Fisheries Heritage Halda River.
