Indian High Commissioner Vikram K Doraiswami paid rich tributes to the architect of Bangladesh’s independence by placing wreath at the portrait of Bangabandhu in front of Bangabandhu Memorial Museum at Dhanmondi Road No 32 in the capital on Monday morning.
