C T Online Desk: The annual budget for the fiscal 2022-23 amounting to Tk.132 cr 90 lakh 72 thousand announced by the Mayor of Raozan Pourasava Md. Jamiruddin Parvez in the budget meeting held yesterday(Monday) at its conference hall in the morning. The proposed budged formulated on the basis of development , climate change affects, important urban infrastructures, delta plan and energy crisis . The revenue income of the budget include Tk.12,33,61,000.00 , govt assistances including climate change trust funding and development assistance fund of Tm.119,12,24,931.00 and the capital investment showed of Tk.1,44,86,084.00 .The expenditure heads of the budget viz, revenue expenditure Tk.8,13,70,000.00 , development budget for climate change trust Tk,.103,00 58,000.00 , capital expenditure Tk.10 lakh inclusive all Tk.111,81,70,000 in expenditure heads. Hence the surplus shown in the annual income is Tk.21.09 cr. In the budget meeting, grace the occasion as chief guest by senior vice president of upazila Awami league Md. Anowarul Islam. All councilrs, women councilors , poura Exeutive officer, Accountant were present in it. Among others, local business personalites, journalists, govt officials, public representatives and people irrespective of opinions attended the budget meeting.
