C T Online Desk: Environmental social organization Rezaul Karim Sikder Foundation of Raozan has planted trees on the newly constructed Talukdar Bari Sarak of Pahartali Union in Raozan Upazila.Under the Foundation 1,000 saplings including one thousand fruits, forests and herbal plants are planted on the roads of 100 meters in length.On the occasion of July 12 (Tuesday) a meeting held with Raozan Upazila Awami League Agricultural and Cooperative Affairs Secretary and Chairman of the Pahartali Union Parishad Mohammad Rokan Uddin as chief guest.
Founder General Secretary Lion Jahedul Karim Bappi Sikder presided over the meeting. Among others were Naeem Uddin Chowdhury, Organizing Secretary of Rausan Upazila Chhatra League, organizer Kaiser Uddin Al Maleki, Ziaul Haque Al Maleki spoke on the occasion.
Mentionable that MP ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury planted 4 lakh 87 thousand saplings in an hour and with inspiration, With this inspiration , RKS Foundation has taken programs of planting 50 thousand saplings in the district. . Meanwhile, the Foundation has been distributing trees in education and cultural institutions of various upazilas including CRB, Bayazid Link Road, Rauzan, Banskhali, Anwara, and distributed education materials.
