C T Online Desk: Sadarghat Naval Police have seized about 6,000 meters of floating fishing nets by conducting raids at different points of Halda river.
The operation was carried out on Wednesday (January 12) from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm in the estuary of Halda river, Chayarchar, Kachukhain Madunaghat area.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sadarghat Naval Police Station ABM Mizanur Rahman said, On the other hand, the intelligence activities of the naval police have also been increased. According to the intelligence police, we raided the estuary of Halda river, Chhayarchar, Kachukhain Madunaghat area and seized about 6000 meters of floating nets. The naval police operation will continue.
