The reception function was held at Rangamati press club hall on Thursday last . The function was arranged with Press club president Md.Shakawat Hossain Rubel in the chair . Rangamati Sadar Upazila chairman Md. Shahiduzzaman Mohsin Roman graced the occasion as chief guest. Among others Awardee guest Editor of the Dainik Giridarpan AKM Moksud Ahmed, general secretary of Press club Anowar al Hoque, former general secretary Md. Ali , Abu Taleb Belal of Purbodesh, General secretary Rangamati Disabled School Nurul Absar, Journalist MaKsud Ahmed, Fetema Jannat MuMu, SutonnyMJUchincha Rakhain Kayes, Dipta Hannan, Moinuddin Bappi spoke on the occasion. Journo Md. Solaiman moderated the function. The chief guest on the occasion Md. Mohsin Roman said AKM Moksud performed his journalist life and profession in his long life for the peace and welfare of the people of Chattogram Hilltract zone irrespective of caste and creed. Moksud struggled for the sake of peace and wellbeing of the hill people , he added. The awardee Guest AKM Moksud Ahmed also hailed the Basundhara Group for awarding the prestigious media award in the last hour of my life .
