C T Online Desk: During the operation in Halda river, members of the naval police seized 3,000 shrimp pollen fry, 3 charghera nets and 2 boats. The operation was conducted on Saturday (May 14) from 4:30 am to 6:00 am in the shadow char and Madunaghat areas of Halda river.
North Madarsha Ramdash Munsir Hat naval-police camp in-charge Enamul Haque said 3,000 shrimp fry, 3 charghera nets and 2 boats were seized from Chhaya Char and Madunaghat areas during the operation in Halda. The campaign to protect mother fish in Halda river will continue.
