In normal days, there were long queues of trucks and covered vans on both sides of the road in Chaktai-Khatunganj. Besides, the whole area was abuzz with the shouts of the workers.
But at the end of the Eid holiday, many workers and employees did not join the work and the situation is calm. Traders say that in the first week of the Eid holiday, there is not much of a buyer in the market. Merchants are slowly starting to open business establishments. However, there is no buyer in the market. So the employees of the shop are passing the time by gossiping.
