Bangladesh pacers Taskin Ahmed and Shoriful Islam have improved their positions in the latest ICC ODI bowling rankings released today.

Taskin climbed nine places to 12th, while Shoriful moved up two spots to 11th. Taskin’s rise follows his three-wicket performance against Zimbabwe in the ongoing tri-nation series featuring Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Zimbabwe in the UAE.

Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan strengthened his position at the top of the ODI bowling rankings with 742 rating points, leading Pakistan’s Abrar Ahmed and South Africa’s Keshav Maharaj.

In the ODI batting rankings, Afghanistan’s Sediqullah Atal jumped 12 places to 20th after scoring 102 against Zimbabwe. Pakistan’s Salman Agha rose to 12th, while England’s Ben Duckett moved to 13th.

In the T20I rankings, West Indies captain Shai Hope climbed to ninth in batting, Sherfane Rutherford advanced to 18th, and spinner Gudakesh Motie rose 10 places to 26th in bowling.
