He was speaking at the inauguration of TCB’s sale of daily necessities to low-income people at a subsidized price at a community center in the customs ward on Sunday.
He said the products would be distributed among three lakh families in 41 wards of Chittagong City Corporation. In the meantime, special family cards have been issued to the beneficiary families by making a list of beneficiaries to facilitate the sale of TCB products in an orderly manner. The first installment will be sold till March 20-30 and the second installment will be sold till April 3-20.
