C T Online Desk: Evening chamber of doctors in government hospitals has started from today (Thursday). This program was started on an experimental basis in Patiya Upazila Health Complex in Chittagong district.
The Evening Institutional Health Care Program was inaugurated on Thursday (March 30) morning. On the first day, the junior consultant of the Department of Dermatology and Venereal Diseases is seeing patients in the hospital. Mosammat Sultana Akhter and Junior Consultant of Nose-Ear-Throat Department Dr. Manab Kumar Chowdhury. were also present.
According to the hospital sources, doctors will see the patient sitting at their workplace (government hospital) after office hours for a fixed fee under evening health care. This service is available at the hospital from 3 pm to 6 pm.
In addition to seeing the doctor, there is also an opportunity to do several tests at the hospital. However, in this case, the patient has to pay the prescribed fees.
