C T Online Desk: Stall allocation ceremony of Chattogram Rehab Fair 2023 was held at Chittagong Regional Office on February 16.Vice President of Rehab and Chairman of Chittagong Regional Committee Abdul Qayyum Chowdhury presided over the event.
On the occasion, he informed that the Rehab Chittagong Fair will be held at five-star hotel Radisson Blu Chittagong Bay View in Chittagong from 23rd to 26th February. A total of 48 reputed real estate companies and building materials manufacturing companies, banks and investment companies participated in this fair, including 2 companies as gold-sponsors and 17 companies as co-sponsors.
He said that despite the global economic recession due to the impact of Covid-19 and the Russia-Ukraine war, Bangladesh continues to develop. While the price of construction material has gone up, the real estate business has also been stronger than before. This year’s fair is being organized with more grandeur than the previous fairs. The main goal of rehab is to ensure housing, one of the basic needs of people.
For this reason, he sought the cooperation of all concerned including government, banks, financial institutions and said that Rehab is giving the opportunity to the buyers to choose their preferred flats and plots under the same roof.
