C T Online Desk: Bangladesh Railway Running Staff Unity Council is agitating to cancel the notification of the Ministry of Finance. Demonstrations, processions and rallies are going on every day.
Many trains have also been canceled due to strike. .
The Railway Running Staff Unity Council demanded that the notification be canceled by January 30. In the mileage system which has been going on for 180 years, all the facilities have to be maintained as before. Otherwise, the strike will be observed from January 31.
Demonstration processions and rallies were organized by the Bangladesh Railway Running Staff Unity Council on Wednesday (January 26) at the railway station platform and the running staff did not work on Tuesday (January 25). Due to this, the railway authorities canceled the journey of 16 trains from different parts of the country. All in all, the situation is getting worse in different departments of the railways, East zone office sources added.
