C T Online Desk: KSRM, one of the leading steel construction companies, has distributed blankets among the cold-stricken people across the country. These blankets have already been distributed in different areas of Chittagong city including Dhaka, Moulvibazar, Rajshahi, Kishoreganj, Gopalganj, Pabna and Satkania.
More than 15,000 blankets have been distributed. Officials from different levels of administration and top officials of KSRM have distributed these blankets among the low-income people.
Shahriar Jahan Rahat, Deputy Managing Director, KSRM, said that distribution of blankets is part of our social responsibility towards the country and its people.
He said that in the changed situation due to the epidemic, the common man is now going through a critical period. However, the government has taken various steps to keep their standard of living normal. Yet low-income people are living in extreme crisis. So along with the government, various industrial groups and rich people have come forward. Ordinary people are standing by. KSRM is always by the side of the country and the people of the country in many ways. Following that, KSRM has distributed blankets among the people in different parts of the country.
