C T Online Desk: As soon as it rains, rising water on the ground floor of Agrabad Maternal and Child Hospital in Chittagong has become a normal thing. Knee-deep water has accumulated on the ground floor of the hospital due to intermittent rain since Thursday (June 16) night. The patients and their relatives are in extreme distress. Chittagong received 59 mm of rain in 24 hours till Friday (June 17) morning, the meteorological office said.
